Solar

Locogen is a planning agent for solar portfolios with sites from the North of Scotland to the South of England. The projects range from 200kW to 90MW and involve the full range of consenting services, including planning, ecology, archaeology and peat.

Wind

Consent for Fred. Olsen Renewables Fetteresso wind farm went to public inquiry after a council objection. We managed the public inquiry process and acted as planning expert witnesses, working alongside the client and their legal team, for a successful result.

Multi-technology

We completed the consenting and discharge of conditions on the UK’s first ‘green distillery’, at Arbikie, Angus. The proposal involves a hydrogen electrolysis plant powered by a 900kW wind turbine with connecting electrical and hydrogen infrastructure.
