Euan is a Chartered Town Planner with 28 years experience of working within the planning system in Scotland.  Euan has experience on both public and private sectors and throughout his career has specialised in planning for renewables alongside environmental assessment and management.  Euan has experience of all levels of project development from early feasibility, design, consultation, assessment, application submissions, consent management, condition discharge, pre-construction management, construction, operational monitoring, repowering, appeals and public inquiries.  Euan has been a member of the Scottish Renewables Planning Group since 2009 and regularly contributes to policy workshops, seminars and conferences on planning and environmental matters.
